Please inform Park Regis Griffin Suites in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. The person checking in must be at least 18 years of age and show a valid photo ID. Both the credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 1.27% charge when you pay with a Visa, 1.64% for Mastercard or Bankcard credit card. Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express and Diners Club credit card.
