Park Regis Griffin Suites

5 adults stayed here for 4 nights and our 2bedroom apartment was very comfortable. The hotel is in a central area very close to public transport & st kilda beach. I highly recommend staying here

Staff were brilliant, great location near tram

Rooms sizes were excellent. Furniture was a bit dated.

Cafe in the hotel was very convenient and had a good menu, and there were various other breakfast/lunch options within a short walk. Lots of different trams to the city and to different destinations in the nearby suburbs. It was handy having a kitchenette with a sink in the room - not reliant on the bathroom basin for water like a lot of motels. But would have been further improved if they'd provided a couple of plates, bowls and cutlery to round it out (eg to accommodate self catered toast and breakfast cereal, or to eat meals heated in the microwave provided).

The location was ideal for tram travel to the city. It was enjoyable walking around Albert Lake

I selected this hotel as it advertised a restaurant and bar. But both were closed by 2pm. Not helpful for evening meals or family joining us after work.

Great value for money and easy access to trams to the city.

Stayed here for weekend of Billy Joel concert with a friend in 2 bedroom apartment. Was a great size, and good layout, and good location. Sound proofing also good, couldn’t hear street noise. Only negative was that it was a bit tired, and windows super hard to open and close. Staff were really lovely, couldn’t recommend them enough. We would stay here again.

Property was clean & tidy. Pretty Christmas decorations in the foyer area.

Good location, quiet, easy to access via tram. Room was very tired though, chunks of laminate missing, walls covered in dents and scratches, and the taps dripped. A budget hotel option, not a premium experience.
