You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. The person checking in must be at least 18 years of age and show a valid photo ID. Both the credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 1.27% charge when you pay with a Visa, 1.64% for Mastercard or Bankcard credit card. Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express and Diners Club credit card.

The room was spacious but furniture looks a bit old and worn out. When we turned on the tap, it would make a very loud noise. I would pay more to stay in a newer hotel next time.

Very helpful staff. One bedroom apartment was large. Place very clean. Bathroom a bit dated. But overall comfortable and quiet. Quick walk or 2 tram stops to intersection for Alfred Hospital . Best value in price for this size apartment in area. Would stay here again

It was a good location. Paid parking onsite for a smaller car only as it is very tight. It was good for a short stay for a couple. Poor venting in bathroom leads to some mould around. Very high step up into the tub/shower.

We found staff very welcoming and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The cafe downstairs was a bonus. We like to walk so we liked the location as we could walk to Southbank, CBD, St Kilda and managed to explore and stay heatlhy at same time! The tram is virtually outside your door otherwise!
