You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. The person checking in must be at least 18 years of age and show a valid photo ID. Both the credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that there is a 1.27% charge when you pay with a Visa, 1.64% for Mastercard or Bankcard credit card. Please note that there is a 3.5% charge when you pay with an American Express and Diners Club credit card.

Hotel staff were very friendly, accommodating and had some great recommendations for food and entertainment. The room was pleasant, if a little dusty, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. My daughtets loved sleeping on the fold out sofa and being able to watch before sleep. Overall it was a great stay and I will definitely be staying again.

The apartment size was great but definitely a bit dated and have stayed in cleaner places. The toaster didn’t work and reception was nice but said they knew about it and weren’t able to help so ended up just buying a toaster and using that and leaving there for the next people.

Hotel was close to transport and reception staff were friendly and helpful. However, Room was inadequately cleaned and daily cleaning was terrible. We had to ask for clean laundry. Unfortunately we could not Recommend this hotel to anyone.
