I've stayed at many hotels and resorts before, but nothing compares to this one it’s honestly at the top of my list now. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location felt very safe, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impressive. Transportation to different parts of the villa.My kids had the best time! There were so many family-friendly and kid-focused activities that kept them entertained all day. A really nice touch was on Friday when the staff handed out pool balls, and on Saturday they gave out popsicles—such thoughtful little extras that made our stay even more special. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a fun, safe, and relaxing getaway!

Clean property with plenty family fun events

Overall, this Marriott delivers exactly what you’d expect comfort, service, and relaxation with just a touch of luxury. I’d definitely return and recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable, upscale vacation spot.

We stay at Shadow Ridge every year. This trip is the first time we had to pay for parking and they charged if you called for more towels. Front desk said the room would be cleaned on Xth. No one came. The in room safe didn’t work. On the last night of our stay there was a mouse in the room. When we packing our car on the last day the cleaning cart and trash cart was parked right in front of our room. It’s was so disheartening.

We love this hotel. We continue to come back to it multiple times a year with the family.

The Italian restaurant was very good with great service. Restaurant location was convenient. The bed was clean and comfy. Loved this property
