They should have more control over the people that they have the people next to my room were fighting yelling for hours and the staff didn't do anything about it

We stayed for 3 nights/4 days and in weather over 100 degrees and weren’t allowed to get additional towels without a charge. We had many neighbors with 6+ people in one room and children were riding their scooters on top levels making noise and also knocking on random doors throughout the night.

Loved our stay. Had great time at the pools. We somehow ended up with a handicap suite which was fine but the showers because it is a handicap suite or capable for wheelchair entry which just makes the water go everywhere. One of us fell in slipped.

The room wasnot ready when we arrive to check in at 4:00pm one room was ready at 4:35pm and the other room at 4:55pm.
