Halls were dark, shower didn’t work, I had reservations a room with double beds. They over booked and put us in two different rooms and I had to pay extra for the room. One door had police tape across it and a hole in the door. People were smoking drugs outside the office.

The rooms are very clean and organized, the hotel provides lots of services and great staff

Horrible, huele muy feo y sucio por todo lado, los pasillos hacia las habitaciones con platos y basura tirados, el olor de los pasillos y habitaciones, El baño e inodoro sucios, el tapón del lavatorio no se podía quitar, en la otra habitación las luces no funcionaban, salimos corriendo al otro día hacia otro hotel. Las fotos publicadas están retocadas, en nada se parece al estado actual del hotel.

Advertised as having an airport shuttle. Received a message from the hotel to go to P4. Got there vis Airtrain to find out hotel shuttles were changed to P3. Called for a shuttle and front desk told us THERE ARE NO SHUTTLE ON The WEEKEND. Told us to take one of the shuttles to a nearby hotel or return to the terminal and take a cab. BS. Breakfast is a joke, packaged mini muffins. Room was ok. Buyer beware. Should be compensated for false advertising.
