"Front desk can take your complain/request but won’t bother to act or ask for resolution"

The fridge was filthy dirty on the outside —- it was very clear that it wasn’t cleaned for a long time

And I don’t know what else’s wasn’t cleaned I’m afraid to discover more After 2 hours after I raised my concern To the front desk and promised someone will be there to clean it…. No one arrived … checked out because I think there is no one going to clean it —— and it’s the 1st thing you will see when u walk in the room……
