Extended Stay America Select Suites - Peoria - North

Well we were staying for one night only. We could not take a shower because the showerhead did not work. I called to see what they can do but they couldn’t do anything about it till the next morning but we already checked out. I did not like this place at all. It smelled horrible. They had one bar of soap for four people no shampoo, no conditioner no hand soap the whole room look like it was from 1980s. I don’t understand why hotels are so much money and have their hotels look like they’re rundown very very, very disappointed

Just a quick night to catch an early flight. I had expectations based upon other extended stays. This place is sketchy! The clientele was questionable. The room is VERY outdated and the furniture extremely worn! The cleaning was iffy - using bleach would help. We would never recommend. Obviously, get what you pay for here.

You can cook your own food the room has a full size refrigerator

Shouldn't have to pay for dishes should come with room

Hose to shower head wand leaked and sprayed water everywhere.

No after hours customer service. Locked out of the hotel due to keys being erased. Poor corporate customer service.

I didnt like returning the key w no one at the desk. The rooms were nice.

We did not stay at the hotel because of a change in plans at the last minute. Requested a cancellation through Expedia but was told it was too late. Sudden emergencies should not stop someone from cancelling a room and allowing the hotel to be double paid for the room. Also, not happy with the virtual assistant who was absolutely no help on the Expedia website.
