My Favorite place when I am in town

I booked a two night stay in a double bed studio. The refrigerator door was so greasy and dirty it looked like no one had ever wiped it down since it was delivered there in the first place. I had a none smoking room but the front door entrance was below our room so all the smokers smoke would flow right into our AC/heating unit, yuck! And I'm so baffled at how unprofessional the front desk receptionist was who answered my call a day after checking out. I had to call the front desk back because no one ever called me back after requesting to speak to a manager for a refund for leaving early. My family and I stayed just one of the two nights. It was not a pleasant stay whatsoever for the price they are offering. Will I ever get my refund for the second night ? Mind you we checked out before 4:30 Pm so I'm sure as a hotel that room could have been booked and I could have gotten my refund the time of check out. I was simply brushed off by the lack of work ethic from the employees who choose not to care about their customers. I want to believe there can be great customer service here someday.

The queen size beds that are advertised simply are not queen size beds, more like a full/twin. The stove barely worked. The non-smoking room, smells of smoke, yuck! The dirty refrigerator door. The crunchy blankets, yuck The beds are on their last life. The lack of customer service.

Online pictures look like they were from the last time the hotel was updated, and it has experienced a good amount of wear and tear since. Lots of issues with places in the ceiling/walls that have clearly been water damaged that have improper or insufficient repairs. Some drywall issues where new electrical devices were installed with improper patches in the drywall that created open holes to some wiring. Some sockets may be worn out as electrical plugs would fall out.
