Property is good for persons attending conference in international conference centre. There is nothing else unique to the property. For tourists, I strongly recommend NOT to choose this property as it is too far away from downtown requiring too much money on transport and wasting time in commuting.

Business stay

It was clean and comfortable.

Nice Property, but secluded. I stayed at this hotel due to attending a conference that was held right across the road. Check-in was extremely slow, although the staff are very nice. The room was large, but you can tell that the property is older. The bathroom had been updated and had a seperate shower, which was great. They are located right next to a metro station, but this property is not close to the city center. The next time I attend a conference I would stay at a hotel near Kyoto Station and take the train to the conference center.

Breakfast was good, staff was courteous. Location is near to a park and north of Kyoto downtown. That is what we liked! No stress, crowds etc. taxis to downtown er fairly cheap so I would consider to come back.

Very close to cultural sites and the facility itself was more than expected.

The hotel is a bit far from local restaurants but the hotel restaurants are good though a bit pricey. Hotel is right next to a subway station though so if no disability, then no problem to go to town for meals.

Everything was great. Service, room, location (a little remote, but right next to the subway line, with its own dedicated entrance to the subway). Would definitely stay again.

Some staffs don't know Japanese say to host guests.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. From the staff to the room sizes to the astounding view of the forests surrounding. Best hotel of my holiday.
