"Heel fijn hotel in Miami South Beach, dicht bij het strand"

Het personeel bij de receptie was ontzettend behulpzaam. Voor vragen konden we bij ze terecht en ze hebben ons met veel dingen geholpen met geduld en een glimlach.

Het uitzicht van de hotelkamer vond ik wat jammer. Maar dat doet niet af aan de kwaliteit van het hotel. Soms heb je nou eenmaal geluk, een andere keer wat minder...

The room and staff were very nice! Room was clean! However the rest of the hotel seemed dated and worn out and was not very inviting! Probably would not stay there again!

Really poor at check in Waiting 4 hours after check in Started looking for a different hotel All down to poor communication from hotel staff to each other
