Décor coloré, chambre propre, lit confortable, staff sympathique, excellente localisation.

Hotel muito bem localizado, muito próximo da "old town" e atrações turísticas. Toda a equipe do hotel foi muito simpática e receptiva. O quarto é amplo e silencioso, a cama muito confortável. O café da manhã é simples, mas muito bom.

What a superb small friendly boutique Hotel right in the hart beat of Montreal Old Town, Metro 5 minutes away Port 8 Minutes Hundreds of restaurants within 6 minutes walk. The weekends were buzzing. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Absolutley loved the art work on all the walls it was amazing well done. We stayed in Hiltons Radissons and Fairmonts on this trip but this was the best hotel and the cheapest and you got free pastries for breakfast, what more could you ask for. You can tell you are in for a nice time with the big LOVE artwork outside.

The entrance is up 2 flights of steps but the concierge team were always on the look out for people who needed a habnd with theire cases ansd in fact we never had to lift our cases in or out so i guess its not really a problem and it adds to the charm.

Loved all the artwork displayed throughout the hotel. Also loved the little boutique that had unique Canadian items.

For breakfast, croissants were delicious but the coffee could be better.

Decor, pleasant staff, generally comfortable.

Better outlets for charging the phone and iPad. It's an old building, so we didn't expect outlets all over the place, but some of the ones in the wall were so loose that plugs wouldn't stay in. It would be great to add bedside or desk lamps with USB ports and outlets. That would help, a lot. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. The desk staff was able to take one from another room for us. Also, housekeeping skipped our room one day.

Great location. Clean, comfortable beds, large room and interesting eclectic decor. Friendly staff. Fresh morning pastries

Electrical plugs not well placed and some did not work. Hotel entrance carpet was well worn and not welcoming. Some of the furniture needed repairs or an upgrade
