Great staff and excellent location and a good room

Facilities are old and worn out. Bath tap leaking and water pressure in the shower is low. Electrical is a bit iffy. It all needs to be fixed.

Unbelievable staff - at every interaction everyone was welcoming and kind. Large rooms with super high ceilings. Wonderful location in old Montreal. Easy walks to old port and science center.

Les chambres sont datées et mériteraient un petit rafraichissement (moquette un peu sale, joints de la salle de bains bien noirs...)

Perfectly located in Downtown near the Palais des Congres (conference centre). Bed was super comfortable, room was spacious and nicely decorated. The facilities altern modern and vintage deco. Staff super nice and helpful. Light breakfast included with the room is appreciated.

a bit noisy form the street at night and early in the morning but expectable given the location of hotel; not a problem.

Hotel has character and. very comfortable atmosphere. Staff was outstanding.

Bathroom was a little tight, hoeever everything was functional and accessible.

All was excellent!
