"Solid option outside Lansing"

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. Nice big lobby for breakfast. Steakhouse across the parking lot was a convenient spot to grab dinner.

Didn't like it for a charge 50.00 on a 3 lb dog in a pet friendly place because the two places that I usually pet friendly doesn't charge me for 3 lb dog

"Hampton and Hilton are highway robbery"

Worst experience. I booked online and chose March 7th on the app and it put me down for march 3-4 and didn’t refund my money because no refund policy. Still booked a room and when we arrived everything was good but the tv didn’t work and they don’t care to help or make it right. I would never pick this place to stay in you were my worst enemy. It’s all about the dollars they can make and not the stay its self. I will not stay ina Hampton or Hilton again. Crooks and liars. Then had to talk to non American representatives that had no idea what they were doing. Stay far away from this mess
