Upon arrival my family and I was verbally greeted by a male employee at the front desk. There was a supervisor on duty who didn’t acknowledge our presence. When the employee asked for her assistance with our booking she yelled at him. We booked a room with a balcony, however we didn’t get the room that was advertised. There wasn’t a balcony. Additionally, there was construction on the roof which created an unsafe and chaotic environment. Unfortunately, that will be the last time I book there. The lack of professionalism and empathy for my family who travel from out of state to vacation there was egregious.

"An amazing property to stay with family and friends!!!"

The location was excellent as I always stay in St Lucie West when I visit home. I loved that it had a secured entrance. The staff was amazingly professional and knowledgeable about the area. The villa was quite spacious and had a washer /dryer!!! Loved it!

The only thing I did not like was there was quite a bit of construction and yard work being done early in the mornings!!! Not good at all

beautiful small resort. It's a Marriott Vacation Resort. comfortable beds, crisp sheets. Full kitchen, balcony with table and 4 chairs. unit was clean, and they have ceiling fans in the bedrooms nd living room!! Mella at the front desk was a pure delight (she knows the area well. Palm Beach water tour & Navy Seal are a must.

"On my short list of places to stay"

Loved the gated access - as a solo female traveler it gave me more piece of mind. The kitchen made it more convenient to stick to my nutrition plan. The setting was quiet and relaxing. Loved the location; centrally located to multiple attractions to the north and south.

I wish it would have been easier to have local friends stop for a visit but I understand the safety aspect. I was bummed the whirlpool wasn’t functioning but the weather was gorgeous enough that the pool was more than adequate.
