Sheraton PGA Vacation Resort Port St Lucie

Small, quiet, nice pool, huge suites, clean, good location.

If I could give negative stars, I would. My recent stay at the Sheraton PGA Hotel in Port St. Lucie was an absolute disaster, thanks largely to the two girls at the reception desk who seemed to take pride in making the guests experience miserable. Their attitude was beyond unacceptable—combative, dismissive, and dripping with condescension. Instead of offering any sense of hospitality, they treated every question or request like a personal inconvenience. This hotel is an embarrassment. The front desk is supposed to set the tone for the entire stay, but instead, it felt like checking into a hostile environment. The staff’s lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was staggering, making what should have been a relaxing visit feel like a battle of patience. The entire complex a long with the rooms are completely outdated and rundown. Save yourself the frustration and book literally anywhere else. This hotel doesn’t deserve your money or your time, unless you’re into being treated like a burden from the moment you walk through the door.

Our 2 bedroom 3rd floor unit with balcony and golf coarse view was very nice and very fully equipped. We found the unit very nice, clean, and comfortable. The pool with hot-tub was a large area with a separated pool area for small children and was closely located to all buildings. There were no restaurants within the hotel grounds, however plenty of places to find food, groceries, shopping, and entertainment, etc. could be found nearby.

The stay was awesome stayed there twice

This property is best for single guys on a golfing weekend, not so much for romantic couples. Small sink and because it is a timeshare, you only get housekeeping once per week. The only thing that saves this property from a lower score is the super-friendly staff

We had a small lockout unit. It was small but okay for an overnight stay. The unit was well equipped but tight. The unit had a washer / dryer which was helpful. The front desk was helpful and polite. The only amenity that I saw were pools and a basketball court. The focus of the resort was golf.

It was good stay clean place but staff at front desk was not very pleasant nasty attitude I’m rating a 3 because the staff was rude
