Sheraton PGA Vacation Resort Port St Lucie

A lovely location central to many things. Parking is easy (cost $15US a day) Situated overlooking the golf course. Melda on reception from New York is an asset to this resort, accommodating, friendly, very informative on the local area and overall lovely ! Easy check in Secure repairs with card access to get in. Pool area was lovely We had a self contained apartment and it was big Dining area Lots of storage Kitchen with cooking facilities Lounge Bedroom 2 x TVs Bath Two vanities/ sinks Very clean but this particular room has a smell 3205 which never went away possibly a drainage/ spillage to carpet or something that has gone sour. We tried airing it but let staff know on leaving so hopefully they have found it and rectified it. Washing machine Dryer 2x washer sachets Dishwasher with tablets All cleaning stuff for dishes provided Tea/coffee provided with creamer sachets Coffee machine Balcony with mozzie net was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a morning coffee overlooking resort

Staff was friendly. Location was clean, modern, and close to shopping and dining

Good Hotel Only thing is their employees walking through the pool area sometimes with carts in the afternoon. Making noise specially when the pool gates closing after them and when they are two of them then also more noise and more talking. However, they have a sidewalk just outside the pool fence

Before I checked in I asked the front desk clerk if it’s ok if my family stop by I also let him know that they will not be staying my sister in law came by and got something to eat and left then my brother came by the young lady from the front desk called and said that it’s only four ppl allowed to stay and I was like I know that but u and nobody else going to tell me who can come vist me and who can’t when I’m spending my damn money we lost power so of course I will make sure my family eat I’ll never stay there again very rude folks

Amazing clean convenient

Stayed here many times and always enjoyed the stay. Property is great, pool is excellent and always quiet. The only reason I have given 4 stars is this time we were charged for self parking, 15 dollars a night, which I had no idea about until after the stay. I have never been charged this before and let's be honest, it's a complete scam. Not even Disney do this at their hotels anymore and this property is small and out of the way with way more parking spaces than would ever be required for the number of units. There is no justification for this whatsoever and I have stayed in many hotels in the area that do not charge this. The ones that do this are in very busy areas right on the coast, unlike this property. I hope they change this silly tactic.

Our stay at Sheraton PGA, was delightful and restful. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The grounds were well kept. I’m looking forward to spending more time at PGA. I is definitely a destination location for anyone who enjoys quality and great amenities.

Property overall was nice. The room was very clean but the bed was very lumpy. The mattress needs replacing. Also, it would be nice if they told you about the parking fee at checkin and the designated smoking areas.
