Sheraton PGA Vacation Resort Port St Lucie

Would stay here again as it felt like home away from home. The property has everything you may need and the pool area was lovely. Great for families.

the staff was fantastic, i used the gas grills out by the pool and they were fantastic.

Very big size of the unit , very comfortable beds and pillows,very clean, the unit has everything you need and more, 2 sinks, large dining table, normal size kitchen with bar chairs, just like a regular apartment!

The place is very nice and the staff is pleasant. I did not appreciate being misled by staff. I only reserved the room because on the phone I was told I could check in 3 hours early so I spent 3x's the amount to stay at the Sheraton. Upon getting there I was told the room just needed to get the Manager's approval for cleaning the room. Then they said there was another issue and that was the delay. Either way they could have called me and not wasted my time and gas.

Checking in was a little frustrating. We arrived one hour early, however we were told that the apartment was still not ready, we understood this. When we arrived back at the allocated time we were told that we would have to wait a little longer. When I complained about this, they magically found our apartment was ready!

Love the pool area

Easy check in, friendly and accommodating staff, quiet environment, central location, great pool, billiards, cornhole, and ping pong available to play poolside. Overall great family vacation experience.
