I booked at the wrong hotel I trued to call them the same day it and time it was booked the guy and the woman who answered the phone was rude

Cockroaches in the room! Up and left in less than an hour! Told the man at the front desk and demanded our money back which he did. DISGUSTING! Turned me off of Red Roof Inns.

The mattress was good

I got a non-smoking room, and it smelled so heavy of smoke. The bathroom had mold. The person who checked me looked so unprofessional and seemed very unfriendly.
