"Disappointing"

Our second room was dirty, with blood stains on the linens. They advertise breakfast, but the waffle mix was chunky, the juice machine didn’t work, and they had 1/8th of a gallon of milk for coffee and cereal. There were some wrapped pastries and bananas that were the only things that were edible.

Not much.

Floor was very dirty and stickey. Person at service deck was unpleasant. Plumbing in tub was screwed up. Coffee at breakfast was the worst I've ever had. One of two cereal containers was empty. The TV remote required a rocket scientist to operate and no channel listing was available.

This was probably a nice place at one point in time but its in desperate need of a deep clean and remodel. Everything is outdated, dirty, and the breakfast was a joke

"not a good experience, do not recommend"

The front desk man, Peter gave e a very hard time booking & was not accommodating or understanding at all. He gave bad customer service which is why I'm writing this review.

Peter not being accommodating with my special situation.
