"Necesita orden y limpieza"

La buena situación y comunicación

Las instalaciones están un poco abandonadas, necesitan una limpieza y lavado de cara. El Bar/Restaurante fatal, solicitamos un cuba libre y no tenían ni hielo ni limón, no sé dónde fueron a buscarlo pero tardaron bastante en aparecer. El desayuno estuvo muy bien.

Precisa de una reforma, el estado actual no se corresponde con la categoría de 4 estrellas. La falta de luz natural y artificial junto con la decoración en tonos oscuros, hace que no resulte acogedor

La habitación estaba limpia

Que en el desayuno la chica que estaba allí le pedí cubiertos limpios porque soy Ceciliaca y los que había estaban rodeados de gluten y me dijo que cómo de celiaca era, que eso no pasaba nada, y después de muy malas formas conseguí que me diera unos de dentro.

"Hotel obsoleto"

La ubicación frente a un gran parque y el aire acondicionado privado en la habitación.

Es un hotel totalmente caduco, con un supuesto toque medieval que esconde una obsolescencia evidente. Mobiliario antiguo y mal mantenido, personal poco atento, desayuno de poca calidad con muchos vasos mal lavados ... Bichitos en dormitorio y cuarto de baño. Cómo ejemplo, la llave de la habitación es metálica, de tamaño considerable y mucho peso, ¡cómo para llevarla en el bolsillo!
