Children running up and down halls around midnight. Had to complain about upstairs room stomping around all hours of night. Only real problem.

It was great!! My wife and I went there in a snow storm after returning from a trip to Florida,and when we got off of the plane at 11 pm instead of driving to Charleston W.v. in a snow storm we just wanted a bed! The young lady at the desk was great, Electra I think was her name, but she was super nice the place was very clean and we slept like a rock! The next morning we got up and went downstairs to grab a muffin or something before we left we found an amazing breakfast! Biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon and sausage, the whole works and it was delicious!! Every employee that we saw was so helpful and nice!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!! Thank you all for being so helpful!

The staff was above and beyond, the hot tub and pool were huge, the breakfast was delicious and a lot of options, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

"Second year I've been and I would go back."

Location is good. And the rooms are very spacious and nice. They offer coffee all day which is a definite plus.

So the hot tub was dirty. It had dirt floating in the foam. The eggs at breakfast you could barely eat because they tasted so artificial. The other options for breakfast were good such as pancakes, muffins and sausage gravy with biscuits.
