The place has character and some of the staff were friendly. Close to where we wanted to visit. The overnight staff were helpful and friendly

Beds are not comfortable. The place needs to be updated. The bathrooms are not very clean. Basic necessities are not offered i. e. Conditioner , coffee or tea.

"Clean and centrally located hotel in Merida"

Location was near a lot of shops and restaurants and the valet parking meant that there wasn’t any issue with parking. The room was clean and quiet, pretty basic room which was great for us to use as we spent most of the time outside of the hotel seeing the area.

I don’t have any complaints.

Yes it was close to main square and a few restaurants. Grounds lovely.

room was dated, toilet seat cheap and moved all the time, generally the food at breakfast only adequate.
