Americas Best Value Inn Seward

It was dirty, smelled badly, the beds were hard, there was a roaches, bathroom paint was peeling, tub was nasty.

Location was about the best part. Photos on the Internet, do not match with the actual rooms look like.

Rooms are rundown, old furniture, bad paint, no batteries in the smoke alarm…

The front desk staff/manager was nice.

Pubic hairs on the sheets, TV never worked, incorrect wifi directions posted throughout room, bad wifi once you were able to connect, lost all power to refrigerator/air conditioning... because one random switch controlled it all, but there was nothing posted to let you know this was the case, shady people that live in motel full-time, people sitting on the step right outside the building door smoking all hours of the day.

It was pretty unremarkable. I was better than camping out but I wouldn’t go again.

The mattress was too soft and for the first 3 hours we couldn’t stay because they didn’t turn the air on and it was over 90 plus degrees in the room.

Breakfast was so so

Not much, left a day early.

Rusty fixtures, felt dirty, poor cold breakfast, limited tv channels and no Wi-Fi

The room was supposed to be non smoking but smelled like stale cigarettes.
