"Disappointing"

It was after a hailstorm hit the area and surrounding areas but we had already booked prior to that. It was fine for our purpose will not be going back until repaired.

Paid the price did not get breakfast

"Frequent Traveler"

Terrible experience. First room was beyond filthy sink tub toilet you name it needed cleaned. No fire alarms only a hole in the ceiling with wires hanging out.. went to front desk requested a different room and it was a little better but not the best mold on the shower curtain and no drinking glasses or ice bucket or anything in the rooms not even a damn telephone. Paid for two nights up front not knowing what I was getting. When I returned at the end of the day for the second night when I got in the room my clean towels were throwing on the bed that did not get made and there was no room service whatsoever long story short I will never stay here again I mean never........

"Not a pleasant stay"

We were booked for two nights but left after one night. We have a dog so we looked under the beds and found food crumbs, peanuts and trash. The smoke detector had been removed and wires were sticking out of the ceiling.

"Worst experience ever!"

Don’t base your booking on pictures provided on the internet. After checking in at the office went to our room and the staff was making the bed. Room was filthy, bedding sheets on the floor, and overly strong smell of anti-septic throughout the motel. I went back to the office and asked for a refund. Manager offered a new room but I decided that would not be acceptable. Would not provide a refund and I would have to contact Expedia. Contacted reservations and they could not provide a refund. Total scam! Do not book here!

"very reasonable price"

the gentalman who checked us in was very kind and friendly, we asked for a price we saw online and he honered it, for what i paid i havnt a complaint, the shower was hot and the bed was comforatable, thank you sir for helping my wife and i afford a room when we werte in need

"What an UNBELIEVABLE experience"

I just spent an hour and 45 minutes trying to GET a reservation and then cancelling said reservation. The man who answered the phone told me I couldn't make the reservation directly with him, and when I called back to ask WHICH link I should use to make the reservation, he very hurriedly told me I could use "any of them." Well, I made it with the first one which was Reservations.com, and when the confirmation came through, they had charged me $85.55 instead of the $78.39 he said it would be. When I called him back to ask why the difference, he said when he looked at the Expedia site, they had charged me $60.02. I told him I had gone through Reservations.com, and he couldn't explain what was going on. He became rude and hostile and told me to cancel the reservation and go elsewhere. When I called Reservations.com, they told me it was a nonrefundable reservation (and WHEN was I told THAT???), and explained the difference in the charge was the FOURTEEN DOLLARS they charged for making the reservation. ??? (Why would I have done that had I known??) After arguing with her for several minutes, I told her that the man had TOLD me to get a refund, and she could either get it taken care of or let me speak to her supervisor or I would call my bank and tell them not to pay that charge. When she put me on hold, I called the hotel and asked the man for his name, which he refused to give me and he hung up on me. When the lady came back on the phone, I told her that I had tried to get the man's name, but he refused to give it...she said she would call him and I sat on hold for 15 minutes. She then came back on the phone and told me she would refund me $71.55 and tried to end the call. I told her I was NOT going to pay $14.00 that in the first place I was not told I would be charged for going through them, and in the second place for a reservation that I had been told by the "man" "Get a refund and go elsewhere!" I told her to either refund the entire amount, get her supervisor, or I would notify my bank. In all my 76 years, I have NEVER had a problem making a hotel reservation, and I told the "man" that had I looked at the reviews for his establishment before calling in the first place, I would have booked somewhere else. One other thing, when I simply asked him what they served for breakfast, he said "waffles and a few other things", and when I asked him if they served any kind of eggs, his answer was, "If you want bacon and eggs, book at the Cobblestone, but it'll cost you $130." I should have know instantly by that unprofessional comment, that I didn't want to stay there in the first place. It would have saved me 2 hours and some distress!!!!!!! My advice...book at the Cobblestone.
