Red Roof Inn & Suites Omaha - Council Bluffs

Staff was very rude and seemed to be away from the front desk often. Room was very dirty. The Tabel was broken in our suite and there was dirt and hair everywhere. We switched to the theam room thinking it would be nicer but sadley it was not! The only thing that was enjoyable was the jacuzzi. Will not EVER stay here again . Id stay in my vehicle befor id step foot in this place again .

Large hot tub in room. Room very spacious.

Actual bathroom very small. Bed was flat and hard. Small breakfast selection. Also 1 of the chairs for table was broken and almost caused boyfriend to fall on floor.

Chose this hotel because it was pet-friendly - although I ended up not bringing my dog, but my room was very nice and it would have been enough room for me and my dog. It is also very close to the Mid America Center where the convention was being held that I attended. The location is also right next to places to eat, get gas, and shop. Overall it had everything I needed for my trip.

The rooms where to close and breakfast was limited and pool wasnt that clean

Room smelled like dogs. Thin walls. Could hear neighbors all night.

Nice stay overall

Very dirty hotel. Bathroom ceiling was leaking all over floor when we woke up the next day. In need of many updates.

The counter help while checking in was amazing. Even though we checked out after looking over the rooms. She was still professional and helpful with getting things taken care of
