Things seemed good for cleanliness, not too run down in general, but one of the queen beds in our room was very sunken in the middle, and the other one was only ok for comfort.

Check in was very easy. The room was exceptionally clean. The room was quiet despite being just of the interstate. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, but what was most impressive was the that items were constantly being refilled and tables were wiped as soon as someone left.

I made a mistake with booking and was told by both the hotel clerk and Expedia that there was nothing they could do for me. I will never use either company ever again and will continue to spread word of my horrible experience without refund.
