Everything was exactly what we hoped for and needed!

Room was clean and well kept. View of the beach was amazing. Beach was clean and mostly free of trash. Staff was friendly. Obtaining parkiing pass was a little confusing.

Tower 2 905 was not clean when we arrived, had a broken toilet flow valve, and the couches had pet hair and odor. When we brought these to the Southern Vacation Rental, they remedied the issues; however it did have a negative affect on the week and caused allergy issues. Fortunately, we had other family members staying nearby and spent most of our time at their clean rental.

Great place to stay

Arrived to to a room not the same as in the pictures. The room was covered in mold, not mildew. The vacation rental group would not refund the amount, they had no other units to put me in and just offered units off the beach or multiple units where my family would have to pack up and move during vacation as alternatives. Please make sure you don’t get rooms that are not officially rented by Expedia. Expedia will try to fix issues but when they are just the in between group you don’t have a way to be covered. Stay away from anything with Southern vacation rentals.

There were no outside lights on the entire 9th floor. We had to keep washing the same towels everyday just to have linen to bath because what is in your unit is all that is provided for your entire stay.he unit was not well kept. Tbe curtains were in need to repair one of the tubs was clogged the furniture is worn and outdated. There were no people that we were able to contact in person. Everything was either telephone or text. The last 2 days we were there the elevator broke.I will not stay here again.

I love their pools. Pools is large, beautiful and multiple choices.

This property has easy access to the beach, nice pools, and a great onsite restaurant. However, it needs work on cleanliness. Also, it shows a 10AM checkout time on various travel sites, but it's actually 9AM.

It was a good stay. Only issue was one elevator was working at one point so the line to get on it was a long one and the walk up to floor 9 was not fun with kids. Other then that it was great.

All staff are friendly, views are fantastic. The place is very old and run down, and customer service is non existing We had 2 chairs on the balcony in an apartment meant for 6 people We called customer service twice and were promised more chairs, but it never happened
