Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort by Resort Collection

Reserved a non smoking room and got a smoked in room. Property manager did not do anything, but have housekeeping bring febreeze to mask the smoke in the room. There was ashes by the bed and nightstand. They failed to clean prior to us attending. Other reviews are true they have garbage customer service and will have no chance of having any issues resolved by the front office or property manager.

This place was clean, spacious and relaxing. We will be back.

Outside of building looks good. But inside of unit is old and bare minimum supplies such as no blankets one of the bedroom, no toilet papers.

Was super easy steps to get everything on time no body bother us and accessible to the beach I love it

We’ve stayed at this resort at least 10-12 times over the last 20 years. Always loved the grounds, multiple pools & jacuzzi’s, the availability of food, Starbucks coffee and ice cream. But some of condos that we’ve stayed in at poorly stocked, run down. It’s like the owners just gave up on updating their units. (This is no exaggeration one time we stayed in a unit with computer monitor size tvs that you could barely see from the bed). We will return as my husband loves this place and I like it too but the disappoints are getting old for rooms that’s cost from $2, 3, or even 4 hundred dollars a night.

We thoroughly enjoyed our last minute spring break trip. Since it was a late break time we missed the crowds. Our unit was in good order with plenty of room and gorgeous views to relax and watch the ocean. The resort staff was super friendly- morning coffee served by Audrey and Danielle was always friendly and engaging. The beach was beautiful and the water perfect. I’d recommend Edgewater for sure.

Property was ok. Outside looked ok but the room was old and smelled like a dog. King bed didn’t have a blanket. Mattresses was very worn down and should’ve been replaced a while back. Dryer made this awful sound and barely dried clothes/ towels.

I recommended this property. Very nice clean everything new inside warm pool very close to the beach. The only think we didn’t get lucky weather so I hope next time will choose right time to come again we really like that place beautiful beach water is amazing.

Liked the resort and beach. Views were amazing and room was comfortable with a nice layout. Wasn't impressed with bartender at Oceans. Slow checkout at the front desk in the morning.
