The staff was very helpful. All of the employees were extremely friendly. The to ladies at Edgies are amazing humans, so nice. Greeted us with a smile Everytime we walked in. Gave good advice on things to do in the area.

Great location, lots to do in the area. My condo wasn’t very clean and needed an update, however.

Plenty of space and plenty of views from balcony.

The property is very outdated. It needs a lot of maintenance. The hot tubs are not hot, with tiles popping off everywhere. The pools are cold because they shut off the heater every night to save money. The smell of natural gas permeates the grounds. The pavers are falling apart, which make for easy injury while walking anywhere around the pool areas.

This is the best place to stay overall. Close to everything and has clean beach and pool area.

Grounds were well kept, servant’s were cordial, helpful and courteous! Scenery was beautiful!

The security of the property is definitely the big plus to Edgewater, but there's plenty of upgrades that need to take place. Iwas displease with the lack of cleanness, as well as the old out dated furniture.

The representative at check in was rude, condescending and bothered to have to help. The beach staff lied about the purchase of shade benches which cost way to much! The room was dirty, outdated and unkempt. Cockroaches were found as well as dirty dishes in the clean utensil drawer. The only thing decent about the stay was the view and location.
