Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort by Resort Collection

Everything was very nice except this one random stained pillow case in the room that my children slept in.

Staff and amenities were great. The rooms are individually owned so you don't really know what you're getting. For instance our room was outdated, mirror was ripped off the wall in the guest bathroom, ripped carpet, and a few other things of that nature. You could tell there were making some improvements around the resort which was a bit noisy, but nothing unbearable. Overall, not that bad considering we didn't stay in the room that much.

I really liked that it was close to the main pool! Clean and had all amenities needed.

The location was awesome! We lucked out and got the end building so it was on the quiet side. Beach was very clean!!! Our room was simple but clean and nice.

I liked the cleanliness of the entire place, didn’t like the room not being ready until 6 when check in is at 4.

Pool was nice, rooms are out dated and dirty. Never stay again

First room was not the room I paid for and looked like it was from the 70’s. The second unit was VERY run down. Furniture worn out very scuffed up. Bed was so bad my 18 year even complained and it had a terrible smell that even the manager smelled and unfortunately after he said someone would come get rid of it, no one showed up. On the day we were leaving 3 different people walked right in the unit. One lady at 9:00 in the morning and I was in a towel. She said “oh the schedule must be wrong” and walked out. David the manager was exceptional in helping us and went out of his way to make the room right. Unfortunately we paid allot of money for a worn out condo. It’s time to refresh if you want people to pay over $400 a night to stay.

I pay for beach view and you guys put me on back whit dirty lake …. THIS so disrespectful, I select beach view to b whit my family and out me on the back of the property I will do one big review when I have a chance

The pool and beach was excellent.

It was the worst. I had to leave. Never actually stayed in the resort. Booked another place 20 miles away. The staff was incredibly rude and difficult to talk through issues. Extremely moldy and musty room, non-functioning door locks, etc.
