Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort by Resort Collection

Great place to stay- room wasnt up to date at all but it was nice. Pool and beach were great. However, units started construction at 8am 3 days in a row and worked until 12. Despite having a no working policy that allowed this to start at 10am, they didnt enforce it. This is not a tolerable condition if someone wants to actually rest on their vacation.

The property location in second to none, the pools are outstanding, but the room was not clean, the check in time is suppose to be at 4 pm and did not get our room till 7 pm that is unacceptable, bacause when you are leaving they want you out of there on time. I WOULD NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

The villa was across street from beach property. It’s a simple walk over their bridge or they have trams to use( golf cars). Gated community and felt completely safe. The villa golf side rooms were beautiful with two big bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Beach chairs available to rent or take your own. Pool was crazy wonderful! Drink cost was ridiculous though…bring your cooler but no glass. I would without a doubt stay here again! Can’t say anything about beach condo rooms, but golf villa was amazing!!!

I absolutely love staying here. This is my second time and it will not be the last.

Not too clean, still had to pay stuff at the property. Bed was comfortable but was the only thing we liked. Don’t stay at the villas next to the golf course find something better.

Everything was nice but it so long to get my room ready!

Chairs o places around the pool for renting was to expensive

My family loved the amenities outside the unit. There is so much for the family to do within hotel grounds. Our unit was a different story. The beds were terrible. I felt as though I was sleeping on a box spring. The electric plugs did not work in the bathrooms.

The property had security at all times. It was really easy access to beach and not crowded. I hate that you pay a cleaning fee and they tell u you must take trash out and places all linens and dirty towels. In a central location. I found 2 roaches in my unit. The bathrooms had hair in the drawers and other things that previous renters left behind. It really made me question if they are truly cleaning or just replacing linen and mopping. I have never been to a place where I pay a cleaning fee and im told I have to take trash out. Or will get charged an additional fee for excessive cleaning. Everywhere where I have stayed I have never needed to take trash out. In fact I called the front desk to question and the girl was rude and hanged the front didnt let me finish talking. I understand its not her fault but this is really poor management.
