Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort by Resort Collection

The only bad thing on this time is security didn't let me park my trailer on property parking lot

The condo had a great view, the beach was beautiful and no rain. The furnishing was dated but nice. Only problem I did see a few bugs not infestations. The sliding door to the balcony from the dining area was very hard to open/close. This was reported and maintenance fixed it. But the sliding door in one of the bedrooms would not open the maintenance guy said the door would have to be replaced.

I like that location and the fact that you really didn't have to leave the property. Everything was located on the property. But some of the lights in our unit was not working properly and they could mop the floor some time. The floors were not clean. But the experience was wonderful. I had a blast and would love to come again.

Very nice property, the front desk people and the reservation people are really rude though!

The Resort forgot to mention that our accommodations were two blocks from the Resort, not one word !

My family accidently booked two seperate properties qt the beavh for the same weekend. I realized this 10 minutes after i booked it. I called to cancel it and was quickly informed it was non refundable. I called the hotel direct, who told me tough luck, and to call orbitz. Called orbitz again who also repeatedly told me it was non refundable. After hour of calling back, and them reaching out , it was deemed still non refundable, but tgey would email someone about it. We get to the priperty , and i see why its non refundable..the funiture is mitch match, carpet is old, qppliances are old. Beds are squeaky, toiket was clogged,the patio door was falling apart, and wouldnt shut. Door was left open all werkend. Sp when i consider this 2 day stay was 800 dollars, makes me ill to my stomach. Edgewater use to be my favorite place, and ive used orbotz for years. I travrel to pcb almost every weekend.. but after this expirence i wont be using orbitz again, and wont stay at edgewater again

The pool was very nice. The room had broken door. Curtains were cut. Too many children that weren’t supervised.Check in was horrible. They hung up on me. Rooms are not ready until 6 o’clock or later several people were in the lobby trying to talk to the manager and the manager didn’t care

I got the 2 bedroom oceanfront, it was very lovely where it was located. Most of the hotel was nice, a few things upset me because of how much I paid for it. Jacuzzi bath didn't work and mold in it, asked for it to be fixed he just came and looked at it and left, never got fixed. Locks to the sliding doors on the balcony didn't work. Tile missing off the bar in the kitchen. I wouldn't mind going back to that hotel again, but they better not put me in that room again!
