Nice Clean Condo and I didn’t have to wait forever for elevators

When renting from this property be aware that the price you pay online does not include all the other fees you will have to pay when checking in. It’s not disclosed before hand. You think you are getting a good deal. You can’t cancel after you rent. Search around and check others. Their fees are usually included and make it cheaper to rent elsewhere.

The sink was leaking, ants was crawling and the bathtubs was nasty

We had a great time. The property needs some renovating but the location is excellent. Right on the beach, right accross the street from Walmart, wonder works, ripleys. The property is gated. The room needed some updating but we spent most of the time at the beach so it didn't bother me. The views were breathtaking from 14th floor. Over all we had a wonderful time and will be back.

I paid g to or this beach property in advance and In full for a Wednesday thru Saturday reservation. We were delayed in arriving so sent two notes explaining the situation. No response back to either note. When we arrived at front desk to check in theyvsdd as I’d our reservation was cancelled as a no show and they gave our room away which had been paid for in full in advance. They did not accommodate us at all. Biggest rip off of all time. VRBO has been useless so far in getting us a refund. Will never use this company again to rent a vacation.

Beautiful property on the beach. Everything very well maintained. Not crowded. Great place to enjoy the beach.

The property was beautiful and maintained. The condo is in need of updating. The property was built in the late 90s and it appears the condo is original. The cabinets in the kitchen need replacing as some of the laminate is loose or fell off. The dishwasher needs to be secured, when I opened the door too far the entire dishwasher came out from under the counter. The furniture in all of the rooms is worn and should be updated. in the bedrooms, the border around the ceiling is peeling off the wall and the vertical blinds in all of the rooms were missing many of the verticle blinds.

Beautiful place and great location. Quiet rooms and enough space for everyone. Everything was extremely clean and ready to use. Beds are comfortable and had extra pillows .
