Stayed during snow storm. No power, no food in guest dining area (given to ???). Never checked on. Never asked if we wanted to stay or help to leave because the rooms were tempting out at 40°F NO POWER ... not offered flashlights or candles. STAFF WAS NOWHERE TO BE SEEN. IT WAS HORRIFYING

I like the location of the hotel. It was very easy to travel around town. We were able to get to several places very well. I liked the how easy it was to find the plce.

Our first room was very, very cold. We turned on the heat and left for a couple of hours. Upon returning we were greeted by cold, cold air. I went to speak to the person at the desk and he apologized and then gave us another room. Unfortunately the water in the facial sink never got hot, it was cold.

The location was amazing. We went for the St. Patrick’s Day parade. The hotel is right on the route. Right next-door to an Irish pub

The hotel was in the perfect location. It was easy to get to the places I wanted to get to within that area. The breakfast was okay, but it was the same thing everyday. No variety in the food selection. The staff was descent enough.

The whole building could use an update. It looked a little worn down. There was not variety with the breakfast every morning that I was there.
