Overall quality of location is good with noted upgrades evident from my last stay many years ago. Breakfast was what one might expect; pre packaged items, and coffee and juice from machines. Location, staff and room service are great, will stay again.

I personally found the beds to be too soft and the pillows too hard. The breakfast could be improved with a protein, hard boiled egg and a fresh piece of fruit.

We went to breakfast at 8:30 on Monday morning. The eggs and sausages were gone and the staff refused to fill them. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30. Quite a few people came in while we were there and were very disappointed. The next day I made sure to get there by 7:00 and there was plenty and it was very good.

We loved the location and the pools. Breakfast was delicious (and free!). My 7 year old loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. We also walked to the restaurant next door for lunch and dinner a few times. We also loved shopping at Sharky's next door! We spent a day at Seagull Beach and it was lovely. We will definitely be back to this property next year.

The only suggestion we have is to spruce up the mini golf area a bit as it was a little rundown.

Toilet seat in room 127 is broken. The staff was notified they said they would make note.

The breakfast was really good. Big selection and the staff kept replacing items as they ran low. The bed was comfortable. WIFI worked well. AC worked well.

The cabinet door that covers the fridge did not stay shut. A piece of cardboard was used to keep it closed. There were no hand towels replaced on my 3rd day. The bathroom door did not close easily and the knob seemed to be coming off. The shower would switch from hot to cold. Although the staff was efficient none of them were very friendly.
