Room and bed were very clean and comfortable. Great place for business stay, well within budget. Check-in was quick and easy. Ample parking, with spots easily accessible from rooms. Location was perfect.

Hallways were quite chilly. Bathroom door in room was closed when I checked in, making that room very cold. Breakfast was okay, but would have liked to see some fresh fruit offerings.

The hallway is very cold and the parking lot is covered in a lot of snow and very dangerous.

We stayed a night, off-season. This seemed like just the sort of property we'd want when we were young with kids and would rather use big money to save for college instead of vacation frippery most kids, except the jaded ones, don't care about. Seemed clean, well-maintained and friendly, convenient to Cape Cod attractions.

Reasonably priced and clean!

The in room temperature was hard to regulate. The wall unit was either way too warm or very cold. The in unit regulator wasn't working to keep the temp at an even temperature.

I've been coming to stay here since I was a kid in the 70's with my family and it always had charm of being an older motel but now it is really starting to look run down. The lobby, breakfast room and hallways were clean but the rooms bordered on downright shabby and beat up. The breakfast is nice and is a great perk as the baked goods were fresh and the coffee relatively decent.

The first room that we were given (119) had a hole in the bathroom door, only one lamp on the side of the bed (two night stands, only one lamp). The room really looked run down. Upon going to the desk we were told there was only one other king room available (which is odd because the entire weekend I counted no more than a dozen cars total in the lot and saw several families there) and that would have to do. This room was better as there was no hole in the bathroom door. But the outside patio chairs are left in the hotel room (were they cleaned before storing and why store in the room in late fall/early winter?) and there was mold seen on the bottom of the shower curtain. The tub would also fill with water when taking a shower and then drain after the shower. Bed was comfortable and TV was a good size and nice to have HBO. The fridge could have been cleaned and the furniture was a bit beat up and scratched. It was relaxing

The fact that the house keeper just walks in does not knock plus the fact that I get a call late at night for noise and I was sleeping they dont say what noise I was suppose to have been making but thought it was was kinda of rude
