The Mariner Resort Cape Cod by The Red Collection

They discriminated against my girlfriend and I refuse to rent to us after gaining payment. They wouldn't give us a refund they told us we had to do it ourselves by calling the website. The room was dirty upon arrival it was hot it smelled horrible like a locker room and it was urine on the floor in the bathroom. Bathtub had a bar of soap that was already used and I am of average weight and the towels that they gave us did not even cover us.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property is conveniently located but it needs some upgrading in the pool area.

The cover was dusty, it looked like the room was not used for a moment, the bedsheets were dusty. Furthermore, the footsteps upstairs were keeping me awake for most of the night.

One of my go-to places to stay.

Nothing.the place was dirty, the bed was hard, the pillows were flat, the carpet was dirty and ripped, the room had holes in the walls and the staff (manager) acted like we’re asking for something free. We paid good money for the staying at the hotel.

Nothing. I don’t recommend it to anyone. Please don’t go to the mariner resort cape cod by red collection, it’s a dump.

Hotel très facile d'accès, chambre et literie propres et confortables, piscine effectivement disponibles. Petit-déjeuner correct et accueil juste suffisant.

L'accueil juste suffisant, une petite attention serait la bienvenue, et le petit-déjeuner, bien que correct, pourrait être plus copieux.
