Zastaraly dizajn, omsely nabytek, architektura hotrlu velmi zastarala a nepestena, personal v restauraci ne na dobre urovni, spatny vyber skla pro podavani napoju a alkoholu, spatna klimatizace, maly bazen a prezuvky do spa se nabizi pouze hostum, kteri maji zaplacene masaze-velmi neproklientske. Mala sauna (spojena muzi i zeny), superior room je standardni mirne vetsi pokoj. Hotel rozhodne neni luxusni. Personal na recepci vynikajici a prikladny, front office cely hotel pozveda.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good value for the room but the breakfast was a bit expensive. I went with my 90 year old mum who is disabled but the hotel does not have accessible rooms which was a shame but we coped . The hotel did provide us with a ground floor room but the beds are quite high Lovely leisure facilities

Water pressure in rooms isn’t great 1hr running bath

Stayed for a few days at this lovely hotel although we don’t play golf, staff were very helpful and service excellent. The hotel brasserie serves some of the best food I have had in quite a while, would highly recommend.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble.

The staff in The Brasserie were especially brilliant but throughout the hotel the staff were great. Will definitely be returning

Great venue, great food, great location & great room with a view, & very attentive staff. Spent 5 days just chillaxing.
