Lovely afternoon tea overlooking beautiful grounds. Facilities and staff are excellent! Massage by EVA was best ever, lovely girl and very professional ! Hope to be back soon.

The spa and therapists are fantastic. The food was very good, staff were excellent in every department of the hotel.

My husband and I have just spent a couple of days with the Romantic package and had an amazing time. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating. Room was only basic but good enough for what we needed and then was a lovely gift of ESPA products left for us. We had afternoon tea, meal on the sports bar and breakfast and then treatments and all were lovely. Food was delicious and treatment was so relaxing. The spa and gym facilities were also lovely and not too busy. Each member of staff we met were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Karina and Sharon on reception. We both had a well earned break away from it all. We will definitely be back! Thanks

Enjoyed a wonderful meal in the Brasserie. Staff were very polite and helpful. Great atmosphere. Couldn't fault it.

Following my enquiry about a family lunch, the reception staff were amazingly helpful ( particularly Morgan) the response to questions were speedy and accommodating needs of dietary requirements within the group. A great venue with lovely views and good food , as well as friendly and helpful staff in the sports bar. I found it good value for money . It was a really positive experience enjoyed by my family, aged 5 to 94.

Nicely decorated, clean and lovely lounge with open fire, right in the heart of the countryside.

Noise from the floor above our room/ no.17- floorboards creak and someone kept us awake late and then started early in the morning- seemingly walking back and forth over the same area?? It woke my daughter up. The bathroom is tired, chipped paint on the door frame and the grouting on the shower door was black and also grimy in places around wall tiles. Also ordered pepperoni pizzas- so salty I couldn’t eat it- made my tongue sore? Soaked in salt, awful. Also the cocktails were like squash. Watery, small and expensive.
