Comfort Inn Ottawa Kansas

There was not a coffee maker in the room! The "breakfast" ran out of essentials by 7:30am (or never had them) such as milk for cereal or to drink. Food did not taste good.

Staff is friendly enough.

Group of construction workers. Hanging outside the exit door drinking and smoking weed. Could not use the exit. I've stayed no food. No drinks want tonce upon entering it was over. Crowded food and drinks everywhere. The t v had lines in it The window was broke and taped up.

I left the property to run to the store in the morning and when I returned, I went to the lobby for breakfast. I'm assuming, the owner, approached me as I was making myself a ate and proceeded to ask me what room I was in, when I checked in, etc. Almost felt as if he was questioning whether or not I was 'allowed' to be helping myself to the breakfast.

Nice clean hotel room

I was disappointed with the cleanliness. The refrigerator had hairs all in it, one of the beds had hair all over like the sheets hadn’t been changed, you could tell the floor wasn’t vacuumed. The remote to the tv didn’t work. The bath tub stopper didn’t work so the water didn’t hold in the tub. The hallways smelled awful, not pleasant!

Great very helpful and kind staff

The service was very friendly, the food was average, but they opened earlier on the day that some of the guests were attending a race in Emporia, this was a really nice compliment. The hotel is well mantained and with restaurants and places to buy food and basic necesities near by.
