Nemacolin

The resort is beautiful and the service is excellent. The cost of food and beverage was more than expected, but the resort is worth staying and was very enjoyable.

Exceeded our expectations in every way. Well worth the money.

I am in the process of seeing if we can move our family’s stay out of the Washington Townhomes at Nemacolin. These are old buildings that have been redecorated in a way that looks good for pictures online. The result in person is extremely disappointing. The home feels cheap, tacky, and kind of like you’re getting ripped off. The HVAC is difficult to control. It has to be freezing on the first floor in order to be livable upstairs. Not a great way to spend your family vacation—and a not small amount of money 😕

All the facilities are amazing. Flat Rock facility is beautiful and the staff amazing. Aqueous restaurant was fantastic.

If you want to spend twice as much as you should on everything, this is your place. Everything is nice, but there is no value due to the outrageous prices on everything. Rooms over 1k per night and you will spend another 1k per person per day on food and activities. Be prepared!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chateau. We were on the 5th floor facing the small airport. The 5th floor has a wonderful lounge with everything from breakfast through late night snacks and desserts. If I were to book again, I would not book the breakfast package if on this floor. We had breakfast at Fawn & Fable which was nice, but we could have eaten in the lounge. Our room was huge! So much space. And the bathroom was absolutely luxurious. The service was wonderful. They could not find our tickets to Falling Water, but did not stop until the matter was taken care of. The shuttle service around the resort was also amazing. The property is beautifully maintained. I actually can't think of anything negative to say.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the stunning surroundings, luxurious accommodations, and attentive service. Every detail was thoughtfully attended to, making me feel pampered and valued throughout my visit. The amenities and experiences offered exceeded my expectations, and I particularly enjoyed the Butler and Shuttle service, which you can obtain through an app. Nemacolin is a hidden gem! One that I will visit again, definitely worth the price.
