No breakfast, kitchen didn’t have enough pots/pans. Missed the blender.

We really enjoyed our stay! The suite was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the pool and free mini golf. There was not a ton to do on the property but since there is so much to do in Williamsburg, I thought it was the perfect amount to fill in gaps of time for our kids. We would definitely stay again!

The convenience to EVERYTHING!! The size of the unit. The quietness of the property.

Due to recent renovations to our unit, several outlets were not working.

The property is nice and open, plenty to do within the property and not too far of a drive from nice restaurants and shopping or other activities. The pool is gorgeous, but the cabana wasn’t open during our stay which was a bummer. Friendly staff (not the marketing reps trying to get you to sit in for the presentation they hold/giving you the welcome package). The room is very clean and spacious. The AC in our room was not working at all, but they were quick to come up with a solution by bringing us portable AC’s for the rooms.

The front desk staff were so nice, but the marketing representatives at the opposite desk trying to get you to sign up/sit in for one of their presentations to get a gift card or give you the welcome package with coupons were VERY pushy and unpleasant to deal with. We politely declined both the “welcome package” and the presentation and they were quick to say “well you told the front desk staff you might be interested in coupons, why wouldn’t you want coupons” in a rude tone. I’ve stayed at another Hilton Vacation Club in Orlando and they were much more friendly/welcoming and not at all pushy or aggressive to get people to sign up for their presentation.

The staff was friendly, and they were accommodating of our layout preferences.

First, our apartment was the only unit not on the road (parking lot). You had to walk a decent distance uphill to even get to the front of the unit. That made loading/loading very challenging. The path was also unlit, so going out to the car at night was adventurous. Second, the apartment smelled horrible when we arrived. It also wasn’t cleaned very well either. Soap scum all in the shower, and the tub was very dirty- it was unusable. Third, there were LOTS of bugs. We killed 3 spiders in one evening, and a few centipedes.
