The staff was amazing

The rooms smelled like smoke and dog. I had to febreeze for 1 hour to make it comfortable for my family. The carpet on the stairs was filthy. The hallway to the room was sticky. When I mentioned to the staff they asked if I wanted a mop.

The location was great with lots of amenities. We had plenty of space which we appreciated.

The kitchen was missing some of the essentials you would need for cooking in the room - a knife block, whisk, measuring cups, etc. We also didn’t have kitchen scissors. There was a strong marijuana smell on the first night, and a loud party with thumping music the second from the unit below. We did contact the front desk through the texting service, and they responded quickly, but it didn’t seem that any change came from the other room.

Parking

Nice spacious suite that comfortably fit my family. Great location that was easy accessible with an active security presence. Nice amenity’s that allowed us to enjoy the campus even more. If you just wanted to stay on the resort and never leave—you could most definitely enjoy the resort, because they have a lot of family friendly activities

The club house staff wasn’t as friendly as I would have liked. When walking up to order food. I had to greet them first before the even acknowledged I was there. They acted as if I was interrupting their conversation.

Everything was great

There was a leak in the laundry room I have a photo of it. I called the front desk a few times and never got an answer.

Very rude staff, unwilling to assist, and had an I don’t care attitude altogether

Great location, close to the kids park and shopping but still isolated. Swimming pool was nice and unit set-up excellent, specially have renting out 2 units. You can make it private apartment for 2 units when you have kids age between 2-10.

Units were average and not as Hilton standard. Kitchen did not have enough vassals and could not be considered full kitchen. One of the kitchen cabinet was broken. One out of two shower had no shower curtains. Units did not assign till 4:15pm even specifically requested 8 months ago.

To be honest I really didn’t like anything. The moment I checked in and didn’t get the room my family members paid for was the start of a horrible stay. I do have to say…Tim, cliff, Harry, and Russell all heard me and made it right for my family. The staff is hands-down amazing.

-The rooms promised and requested weren’t met after calling 3 times prior traveling 7 hrs. - soaking tub dirty upon first checking into the room. -clumps of mold coming out of the bath tub facet while giving my two kids a bath. DISGUSTED!! -ceiling fan lights in both units turning on and off by themselves during the night and random other times. Maintenance “reset” all lights and switches two times. -the door bell of 93F (building 21) was hanging by wires. THESE ROOMS WERE JUST RE DONE MIND YOU! WE WERE THE FIRST TO STAY IN THEM MAINTENANCE SAID! Once and done unfortunately just due to this issues we endured. The GM did say if we chose to stay with them again to call him directly and he will make sure all is right, which I appreciate whole heartedly.
