Our stay itself was not bad. We had two units. One was a little musty upon arrival. The issue came when reconciling my credit card at the end of the month. Our $250 security deposit was not returned. Finally after MANY attempts of contacting the property, they showed a picture of a hole in a wall-supposedly in our unit. I was adamant with the GMs that there was no hole in the wall upon our check out (possible water damage or housekeeping??). I requested the GM to personally check the unit and prove there was a patch job done in that unit. It has been a month with no response following a promise to check. We are frequent visitors of both Hilton and Hilton Vacation Club properties. We even sat through two time share presentations and considered purchasing at Powhatan (closest HVC property to our home). Wow-I am glad we didn;t. THis is the worst HVC customer service I have experienced. I do not recommend even an over night stay at this property. Hope they are happy with my $250 and I hope you read my review and decide to stay somewhere else.

I've stayed at this resort multiple times. The grounds are beautiful, the location is great, and the rooms are spacious and clean. It also has great amenities for kids! The playground and the mini golf course were big hits with our 2 year old. Highly recommend staying here!

The only disappointment was that I was bummed that the on site coffee shop was not open. I can understand the outdoor pool being closed for the season until memorial day but it didn't make sense to me that the coffee shop wouldn't have been open in late April when we visited.

The property was beautiful. The accommodations were excellent and the staff was exceptional. Highly recommend and I am a bit picky. Close to all sites and places to do things.

Only one parking space per room in front of the building. We only had one car but if we had brought another couple only one could park in front of your building. They is an overflow parking area available though.

Very accommodating and helpful with questions
