It is not super close to William and Mary, but certainly still convenient; just need to drive.

Townhouse was well designed with a large living space and dining table. positioning the bedrooms across 3 floors created privacy. The space was quiet and there was a nice patio and bonus sun room.

The A/C on the third floor did not keep the space on that floor cool compared to the rest of the townhouse. The twin beds were fine, but a king size or queen size bed would have been more comfortable. The kitchen was small, and therefore, having more than 2 people in it at any time was crowded.

I had requested a suite near the amenities when I made reservations 8 months before my stay - identifying a person in my party that is unable to walk long distances due to medical issues. The suite we were assigned was on the second floor and the farthest distance (per the map) away from the “hub” of all activities. VERY disappointed based on the original request.
