We love it there!!

I liked the setup of the room. It was accommodating to my husband is disabled.

When I did the search for accommodations that were wheelchair accessible, that’s not we initially were given. But after a call to the manager, he made it right and we were placed in a room that was the traditional ADA compliant.

Our lodging was spacious. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable and the kitchenette was handy. The location was beautiful and the amenities excellent.

No complaints about any areas.

Staff was very helpful. Check-in process they have is really efficient. Suite was very clean. The grounds are beautiful with plenty to do. Gated security at front entrance.

Only issue was ice maker for fridge was not working, a very minor inconvenience.

Beautiful property! It had everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and great location. We even saw a deer in our backyard!

The TV didn't work, we called the front desk and they sent maintenance. He fixed it, said a part of the cable was broken. It worked great when he was there. But, he wasn't gone 2 minutes and quit working again. No signal was available.

Everything was fine.

Everything was fine except the refrigerator freezer had a bad odor of fish. This was not something I feel your staff would routinely check for. This was caused by an inconsiderate prior guest. We needed the freezer to keep food frozen. I do not hold this issue against the resort or staff.

We were just woken up by a crazed security person who rang our doorbell incessantly ... it was difficult to understand him as he did not speak good English, but it appears he was trying to figure out who was parked next to us. This is TOTALLY unacceptable! They take our license plate at the front desk at check in as we have assigned parking spots and should have checked with them before accusing anyone. We would never stay here again! We are Titanium For Life Marriott members, Platinum IHG members, and Silver Hilton members and have never experienced such rude and inappropriate behavior like this!
