The Inn at Longwood Medical

The Inn at Longwood was amazing and Sean at the front desk was very helpful.

Close to everything and spotless.

My husband was having treatments at Brigham anf Women’s This hotel was convent The staff were very helpful, especially Sara, who assisted us in getting a taxi in a timely manner Would recommend this hotel

No complaints about hotel in terms of amenity and location nor in my interactions with staff while there. The rating comes down to a charge of $58.22 made a day after my departure. There is no justification for this charge, which one can presume was made on the basis of being a unsuspecting foreigner who the Inn are looking to fleece. Disappointing to say the least and has completely destroyed my positive impression! Well done!

Excellent customer service from Sara at the front desk who helped us with an early check in! Great location & very comfortable stay, excellent to have the food court conveniently attached also.

The experience was amazing. The staff is very professional and friendly. The location is excellent if you have a loved one in the hospital. It's not even a minute walk to the Beth Isreal Deaconess Hospital. You get a continental breakfast included and if you do have a loved one in the hospital just show proof and you get their discount. I would recommend the Inn at Longwood!

They ripped me off.

My husband was a patient at a medical facility in Boston and I wanted to stay nearby while he was there. The Inn at Longwood Medical was a pleasant 5 minute walk away from his facility. My first visit was to check out the location and get information regarding a possible stay at Longwood. I met DIRIE MONIN at reception and he was extremely helpful, kind, and was able to supply all the information I needed. Even some I didn't ask about. It was extremely comforting to talk with Dirie, as I told him about my husband's hospital stay. I was told that the Inn gives a discounted rate and a free continental breakfast for family members of hospital patients. This was a wonderful perk. All the staff I came in contact with were friendly and professional, but my primary reason for this review is one employee in particular - Dirie. He was the best ambassador the Inn at Longwood Medical could ever have! He helped to make a stressful situation a little easier to bear. I highly recommend the Inn at Longwood Medical.

Small cramped room, although seemingly clean. God-awful breakfast service. At first I was disbelieving of the employees incompetence, then realized the restaurant is severely understaffed. Skip breakfast if you are a hotel guest.The continental breakfast is a big joke. Your choice of one: -piece of toast -English muffin -bagel -muffin No substituting and a small fruit cup with -coffee. They look at you if you are a beggar if you don’t order more from the menu. Just unbelievable.
