Please note that no daily maid service is provided. Please note that this property can only accept registered service animals. Please note that the property has no lift access. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. Packages and/or parcels delivered to the resort will be subject to a fee at the prevailing rates. "We would stay here again and enjoyed our time."

Room was clean and spacious. Fridge in the kitchen did not work but maintenance corrected the problem quickly.

Air freshener smell in lobby was way too strong. Not good for people with allergies or sensitivities. No elevators in buildings so we had to carry luggage up stairs.

El lugar es soรฑado. Apartamento muy amplio. Completo. Lamentablemente tuvimos poco tiempo para disfrutarlo porque tenรญamos paquete de tickets a los parques toda la estadรญa.

2do piso por ascensor. Vivimos una situaciรณn incomoda con el Sr. Yacaman quien nos hizo firmar un documento en inglรฉs (pensamos que era para el parking) que el mismo completo y termino siendo la charla para venta de tiempo compartido. Para evitar que nos decontaran de la tarjeta de credito el monton que referรญa el documento asistimos a la charla (perdiendo una maรฑana de parque que ya tenรญamos paga). Al llegar al lugar nadie nos tenรญa registrados. No pudieron resolverlo xq nadie conocรญa al Sr. Solo tuvimos respuesta de la Srta Madie (marketing) Quien garantizo que no realizarรญan el descuento de 200 dls de la tarjeta. Pasamos un momento espantoso y perdimos tiempo. El lugar es soรฑado. Fijarse antes de firmar cualquier documento
